Getting Started

How do I register my clinic?+
Go to dental.rezevox.com and click Register your clinic. Fill in your clinic details, doctor details, and create a login. Your account is reviewed by Rezevox and activated within a few hours. You will receive an email once active.
How do I log in?+
Go to dental.rezevox.com/login and enter your registered email and password. If your account is pending verification, you will see a message — contact WhatsApp support for faster activation.
Can my receptionist have their own login?+
Yes. During registration, add your receptionist's name and email. They receive a separate login with access to appointments and walk-ins but not billing amounts, clinical notes, or analytics.

Appointments

How do I manage today's appointments?+
Your dashboard shows all of today's appointments. Click any appointment card to open the Treatment View for that patient.
How do I register a walk-in patient?+
Click + Walk-in on your dashboard. Search for an existing patient by name or phone, or register a new one. The system automatically assigns the current time slot.
How do patients book online?+
Every clinic gets a unique booking URL — dental.rezevox.com/book/your-clinic-name. Share this link with patients via WhatsApp, Google Maps, or your website. Patients can book without creating an account.

Treatment View

What is the Treatment View?+
The Treatment View is your main screen during a patient visit. It opens when you click any appointment. It has 5 tabs: Case Sheet, Visit Notes, Bill, Documents, and Prescription.
How do I use the tooth chart?+
In the Case Sheet tab, click any tooth on the FDI 32-tooth odontogram. A menu appears with condition codes — caries, crown, extraction, filling, and more. Select the relevant condition. The chart saves automatically.
How do I record visit notes?+
Go to the Visit Notes tab. You have three fields: Treatment done today, Next steps, and Internal notes (private). Type your notes and click Save notes.
What is the AI Patient Brief?+
Every time you open a Treatment View, AI automatically reads the patient's history and shows a 3-line brief at the top of the screen — demographics, last visit summary, pending treatment, and unpaid bills. No action needed from you.
How does Polish with AI work?+
In Visit Notes, type rough notes in your own shorthand. Then click the Polish with AI button next to the treatment notes field. AI reformats your rough text into professional clinical documentation. It never adds diagnoses you did not mention.

Billing

How do I create a bill?+
Open the Treatment View for an appointment and go to the Bill tab. Add procedures and amounts. If you have a treatment plan in the Case Sheet, click Yes, pre-fill to pull it in automatically. Set the payment method and click Save Bill.
How do I print the invoice?+
After saving a bill, click View / Print PDF. A professional invoice opens with your clinic name, bill number, itemised procedures, and total. Print it or share it with the patient.
What payment methods can I record?+
Cash, UPI, Card, and Insurance. Select when saving the bill.

Prescriptions

How do I write a prescription?+
Open the Treatment View and go to the Prescription tab. Search for the medication, set the dosage, and check Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Night as needed. Add any special instructions and click Print Prescription.
Is the prescription format Indian?+
Yes. Rezevox uses the standard Indian MAE format — Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night — with dosage per time slot. The prescription printout includes your clinic header and doctor signature line.
Can I view past prescriptions?+
Yes. In the patient's record, click the Prescriptions tab to see all prescriptions from previous visits.

Lab Work

How do I track lab work?+
Go to the Lab tab from the top navigation. Click + New Lab Work. Select the patient, work type (crown, bridge, denture etc.), lab name, and expected delivery date.
How do I update lab work status?+
Find the lab work item in the Lab tab. Click on it and change the status to In Progress, Ready to Fit, or Delivered.
Are there overdue alerts?+
Yes. Any lab work past its expected date is automatically highlighted in red so nothing gets missed.

AI Features

What AI features does Rezevox have?+
Three AI features are built in at no extra charge: (1) AI Patient Brief — automatic context card before each appointment. (2) Polish with AI — formats rough clinical notes into professional text. (3) Patient AI Chat — patients can ask questions about their own appointments and bills.
Is AI safe for clinical use?+
The AI is a documentation and information tool — not a clinical decision maker. It formats notes you provide and shows patient history. All clinical decisions remain your responsibility as the treating dentist.
Does the AI share patient data?+
No. The AI uses your patients' own data only to answer their queries. No patient data is shared between clinics or used for any purpose other than the specific query.

Patient Management

How do I view a patient's full history?+
Go to Patients in the top menu. Search by name or phone. Click the patient to open their full record — profile, visit history, bills, prescriptions, and documents.
How do I upload documents for a patient?+
Open the patient's Treatment View and go to the Documents tab. Click Upload and select the file. X-rays, consent forms, and photos are supported.
How do recall reminders work?+
On the 1st of every month, Rezevox automatically emails patients who have not visited in 6 months. The email uses your clinic name and includes a link to your booking page. No action needed from you.

Settings & Branding

How do I set my clinic schedule?+
Go to Settings from the top menu. In the Schedule section, set which days you are open and your start and end times for each day. Patients can only book during your set hours.
Can I add my clinic logo?+
Yes. In Settings, scroll to Branding. Upload your logo and choose your brand colour. Your logo and colour appear on the booking page and printed documents. Branding is free for all clinics.
How do I change my password?+
Go to Settings and click Change password. Enter your current password and your new password twice.

For Patients

How do I book an appointment?+
Use the booking link your clinic shared with you. It looks like dental.rezevox.com/book/clinic-name. Choose a date, pick a time, enter your details, and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation. No account needed to book.
How do I access my health records?+
After your first visit, the clinic creates your patient account and emails you a login link. Go to dental.rezevox.com/login with your email and password to access your dashboard.
What can I see in my patient dashboard?+
Your upcoming and past appointments, all bills and payment status, treatment history, uploaded documents, prescriptions, and the AI chat assistant.
Is my health data private?+
Yes. Only your clinic and you can see your records. Your data is never shared with other clinics or third parties. We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023. You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@rezevox.com.
