SECTION 1 — DOCTOR & CLINIC GUIDE

1.1 Registering Your Clinic
Go to dental.rezevox.com and click Register your clinic. The registration takes about 5 minutes.
1

Choose your email and a strong password for your clinic login.
4

TIP — After registration, your account is reviewed by Rezevox within a few hours. You will receive an email once your clinic is approved and active.
1.2 Logging In
Go to dental.rezevox.com/login. Enter your registered email and password to reach your dashboard.
TIP — If your account shows Pending, contact WhatsApp support for faster activation.
1.3 Dashboard Overview
| Area | What it shows |
|---|
| Today's appointments | All appointments scheduled for today with patient name, time, and status. |
| Quick stats | Total patients, appointments this month, and revenue at a glance. |
| Navigation | Appointments, Patients, Lab Work, Analytics, Settings from the top menu. |
1.4 Managing Appointments
Click Appointments in the top menu to see all upcoming appointments. Click any appointment to open the Treatment View.
Walk-in patients: Click + Walk-in on your dashboard. Search for an existing patient or register a new one. The system assigns the current time slot automatically.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Confirmed | Appointment booked and confirmed. |
| Completed | Doctor has marked the visit as done. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by patient or clinic. |
| No-show | Patient did not arrive. |
1.5 Treatment View
The Treatment View is your main screen during a patient visit. Open it by clicking any appointment. It has five tabs:
| Tab | What it does |
|---|
| Case Sheet | Full FDI 32-tooth odontogram. Click any tooth to record conditions — caries, crown, extraction, filling, and more. |
| Visit Notes | Record treatment done today, next steps, and internal notes. Polish with AI to auto-format rough notes. |
| Bill | Create invoice. Pull from treatment plan with one click. Print as PDF. |
| Documents | Upload and view X-rays, consent forms, patient photos. |
| Prescription | Create prescriptions in Indian MAE format — Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night. |
1.6 AI Patient Brief
Every time you open a Treatment View, Rezevox AI automatically prepares a patient brief — no action needed. It appears at the top of the screen and includes:
- Patient age, gender, and known medical alerts or allergies
- Summary of the last visit — what was done, what was prescribed
- Pending treatment from previous case sheets
- Outstanding unpaid bills
TIP — The AI brief is especially useful in busy clinics — it gives you full patient context in 3 seconds without scrolling through records.
1.7 Polish Notes with AI
In the Visit Notes tab, type your rough notes as you normally would — shorthand, abbreviations, anything. Then click Polish with AI.
| Input | Output |
|---|
| rct 36 done la given pt ok no pain | Root canal treatment completed on tooth 36 under local anaesthesia. Patient tolerated the procedure well with no post-operative pain reported. |
TIP — The AI never adds diagnoses you did not mention. It only reformats what you typed. You remain fully responsible for all clinical notes.
1.8 Billing
Go to the Bill tab in any Treatment View. Add procedures and amounts. If you have a treatment plan in the Case Sheet, click Yes, pre-fill to pull it in automatically.
1
Add bill items
Select procedure from the dropdown, enter quantity and amount.
2
Set payment method
Choose Cash, UPI, Card, or Insurance.
3
Save the bill
Click Save Bill. Bill number is generated automatically.
4
Print as PDF
Click View / Print PDF. Share the invoice with the patient.
1.9 Prescriptions
Go to the Prescription tab in any Treatment View. Uses the standard Indian MAE format.
1
Search medication
Type the drug name. Common dental medications are pre-loaded.
2
Set dosage
Enter dosage and set Morning / Afternoon / Evening / Night checkboxes.
3
Add instructions
E.g. Take after food or Complete the full course.
4
Print
Click Print Prescription. Includes your clinic header and doctor signature line.
1.10 Lab Work Tracking
Go to the Lab tab from the top navigation. Track crowns, bridges, dentures, and other lab work across all patients.
| Action | How to do it |
|---|
| New lab work | Click + New Lab Work. Select patient, work type, lab name, and expected date. |
| Update status | Change to In Progress, Ready to Fit, or Delivered as work progresses. |
| Overdue alerts | Work past the expected date is highlighted in red automatically. |
1.11 Follow-up Booking
When you mark a visit as Done, a follow-up booking screen appears automatically. You can schedule the next appointment before the patient leaves.
TIP — Pre-booking the next visit before the patient leaves dramatically reduces no-shows and keeps your appointment book full.
1.12 Recall Reminders
On the 1st of every month, Rezevox automatically emails patients not seen in 6 months — with your clinic name and a booking link. No action needed from you.
1.13 Patient Records
| Section | What it contains |
|---|
| Patient profile | Name, DOB, gender, phone, email, medical history, allergies. |
| Visit history | All past appointments with notes and treatment done. |
