By registering for or using Rezevox dental practice management software at dental.rezevox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including dental clinic owners, doctors, receptionists, and patients.
Rezevox provides a cloud-based dental practice management platform including patient booking, digital case sheets, billing, prescriptions, lab work tracking, and AI-assisted clinical tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing as published at dental.rezevox.com.
Clinics must provide accurate registration information including a valid dental council registration number. All clinic registrations are subject to manual verification by Rezevox. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that provide false information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Rezevox charges ₹799/month as a base fee plus usage-based pricing based on active patient count. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Your 7-day free trial begins on the date your account is verified and activated. After the trial, continued use requires a valid subscription. We will notify you by email before any billing occurs. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in account suspension.
As a clinic using Rezevox, you are responsible for: • Obtaining appropriate consent from patients before storing their health data • Ensuring your use of patient data complies with applicable Indian medical and data protection laws • Maintaining the accuracy of patient records • Ensuring only authorised staff access the system • Informing patients that their data is managed through Rezevox • Complying with the Indian Medical Council Act and applicable state regulations
Clinics retain full ownership of their patient data. Rezevox acts as a data processor, not a data controller, for patient health information. We process this data only on your instructions to provide the service. Upon cancellation, you may export all your data. We do not claim any rights over patient health records stored on our platform.
Rezevox includes AI-powered features including clinical note formatting, patient briefs, and a patient query assistant. These features are provided as assistance tools only. AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by a qualified dental professional before use. Rezevox makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated clinical suggestions. Doctors remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions.
You may not use Rezevox to: • Store data for patients without their knowledge or consent • Share access credentials with unauthorised persons • Attempt to access other clinics' data • Use the platform for any illegal purpose • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, technical errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. We maintain regular backups but recommend clinics maintain their own records as required by law.
Rezevox's total liability to any clinic shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using our platform. The AI assistant is a tool — all medical responsibility remains with the treating dentist.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before legal action.
